yes it's breaking the law of over staying that's the only facts. Everything else not necessarily. Like I said I saw what I saw at the immigration office. Everything else is a crap shoot because of the inconsistencies with law enforcement here plus the possible corruption.
I remember seeing placards at the immigration office that explains what the penalties are for a specific amount of over staying. There are no indication of blacklisting for the short amount of her over staying. She mentioned she has an outgoing flight already. I think you are fearmongoring.
