sorry, didn’t see but now I read the other comments. Can I apply for a year extension in country if the original 1 year visa has expired? And as I say., can I use multiple entry still on this already, technically extended visa?

thank you so much.. so.. My original OA Visa was stamped to expire 19 Nov 2021. I exited and returned before it expired with health insurance. New immigration stamp goes till Nov 8, 2022. Sooo… it’s multiple entry and I’d like to travel in and out when it’s convenient, but, multiple entry still apply as the original visa time has lapsed. Some people say it’s easier to renew your OA in country but some others say you can’t. I don’t know.. so I ask. Thank you again.

I’ve looked at posts on topics and can’t seem to find your post on how to file on my own. Also, in files, can’t find good copies of the 2 TM forms required for filing. Some files labeled as a form is not a form. Is there an Imigration web site to fill in the info and print and submit after 1st reporting period?

Some sites they want to charge to download a good PDF copy.

It was just such a hassle getting the visa and COE.. Sadly.. I may just say, sorry family… And stay here till I can renew and travel with less restriction and requirements.

It was so much trouble getting the visa meeting all those requirements. I would hate to have to do that again in the US before coming back.

Sadly.. It’s looking like my October plans may not work out.. unless I leave like in August & return in October.

With my multiple entry.. will I need a new COE? I’ll get Covid vaccines here or there before.. I guess we don’t know?
