What should I do if my 90-day TM47 report is still pending after 14 days?

Did my latest 90day/TM47 online. 14 days ago and still says pending. There is a red X under cancel. Not sure if I should do a new one?

I did 3 days ago n it was successful. Today received email approval. If it is your 1st time you need to go to immigration and then next time you can do online. Thats what its said in email( note: i live in khanom)

Yes, I was just told 'computer error'.

So annoying as it takes me almost 2 hours to get to Chaengwattana

They can be sticklers for rules. I remember applying for my O retirement visa. I went to my bank and had a printout of ALL the bank transactions I had made in the past year.

The Agent still wanted me to make a copy of every page of my bank book (the same transactions). Didn’t matter than I already provided that information.
