exactly, it took the death of my brother in law for the rest of my wife’s family to wake up and use them.

Thailand is living in fear. They even wear masks when riding solo. FFS

Back on March 2nd bought full flex with Lastminute for a flight on June 10, asked to change to March 8 they emailed me and said they had forwarded my request to the relevant department and after that I never heard back. Now they advise my ticket is non refundable and a voucher is up to the discretion of the airline. Currently in the process of dispute through Visa Credit Card to turn the transaction around.

Stay away from Lastminute!
