i do have one more question, once my wife gets a NonO visa in S korea, thus connect with my retirement visa.

What documentation should she need?

Wedding certification in english, certified by korean/Thai embusy ?

ive passed what i have learned from you to my wife, personally i'd go with what you have said, But, wife knows of a couple that got fined with an overstay kid. (I don't know the details) so she is going to apply of an NonO visa for herself and our son.

However, she said that if it's difficult getting him a visa, she will get a nonO visa for herself and a 30day on arrival fof our son

My wife and child are applying for their non O visa's.

I told her about your recommendation about the childs visa, i like your recommendation

However, her concern is schooling, maybe school not happy with overstay visa is the child entres on only a 30 day visa (visa excempt)

Do you know of others that have done this?
