TLDR : Answer Summary
A South Korean wife and her three-month-old baby will need to apply for a Non-O visa from outside Thailand, based on being dependents of the husband who holds a Non-O Retirement visa. Upon entry, they will receive a 90-day stay and can apply for an extension of stay linked to the husband's visa after 60 days. Required documentation typically includes proof of marriage, but specific requirements can vary by Thai consulate.
