Visa needed for my South Korean wife and three month baby
I have a non-O visa for Retirement.
Is it correct she will need to obtain a non-O visa from outside Thailand, then she has three months to applt for a visa that is connected to mine (dependent?)
What paper work is required, ie proof of marage....
Thanks
TLDR : Answer Summary
A South Korean wife and her three-month-old baby will need to apply for a Non-O visa from outside Thailand, based on being dependents of the husband who holds a Non-O Retirement visa. Upon entry, they will receive a 90-day stay and can apply for an extension of stay linked to the husband's visa after 60 days. Required documentation typically includes proof of marriage, but specific requirements can vary by Thai consulate.
