Yes that's my understanding David...but I might be wrong...it's all on the Thai Embassy website for London...but after what Robert said about Marriage Visa and the financial requirements I'm going to look into that as well...ultimately my goal is to permanently settle in Thailand ☺ 👍👌 ...she's beautiful btw 😉😂

How did you successfully obtain a retirement visa extension in Thailand with limited documentation?

Hi Nicole. ...your situation is the same as mine rental income and savings...albeit I'm not ready yet to be in a position to start a residency process...having read what I can about this on official websites I'm sure that you have to have verified accounts going back at least 2 years before application (might be 3)...so presumably your accountant and the IRS can provide what you need? Obviously bank statements would back up those accounts and I assume that you also have tenancy agreements which would also help prove your case...when my turn comes around this is what I intend to provide...hope this helps 🙂
