I think if you or your landlord go in there you can get them to process your application on the spot and they'll give you the username/password.

Are Bangkok enforcing it if you travel somewhere else in Thailand then? What if you happen to "forget" your passport when checking in at a hotel, they would have no way of knowing you'd left the province right?

I've never had a TM30 filed, my landlord didn't even know what it was, but my 90 day report was still approved. My extension is due in August so I know I need to get it done by then, but at least it's saved me an unnecessary trip this time round. Perhaps I just got lucky?
