I tried to do my 90-day report online yesterday using iPhone Safari and Chrome, MacBook Safari and Chrome and Edge on a PC. Nothing worked. Couldn’t get past the first page.

I then downloaded Internet Explorer 10 and it worked absolutely fine.

Not sure if that is general knowledge but thought I’d share. Maybe it’ll help somebody.

So Weird. I am completing my 90 day report online, but the system won't let me move on to the second step. Anyone else experience this?

Hi Tod,

I’m trying to register myself for the TM30 online with my Chrome browser. The drop down menus for ‘Nationality, province, district, sub-district and Register at’ aren’t working. If I click on the drop down for Nationality another website opens as a popup. Have you or anyone faced this issue? Do they still only support Internet Explorer?

90 days reporting online - can open the site but the page crashes once I started filling the form.

Has anyone had success with the online 90-day report recently?

Mine is due 14 days from today so instead of driving an hour out to my immigration office, I thought I'd try it online. I completed the first screen and clicked submit to be presented with a white screen as the next page and that's as far as it goes :/
