So Weird. I am completing my 90 day report online, but the system won't let me move on to the second step. Anyone else experience this?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster experienced issues while trying to complete their online 90-day report in Thailand, unable to proceed to the second step of the submission process. Community members suggested potential troubleshooting steps, including using specific browsers like Internet Explorer and disabling pop-up blockers. They also discussed the importance of accurately reporting travel dates and ensuring one had filed previous reports correctly to avoid errors. Ultimately, it was revealed that the issue stemmed from user error rather than the online system itself.

and it appears we have found out that it was "operator error" and nothing to do with the online 90 day reporting system that caused them to not be able to file a 90 day report online.

Remember no matter what that paper in your passport says IF you exit the country during the 90 days between reports your NEXT 90 day report is due 89 days from the date you stamp back in to the country.

So in the O/P's case; they returned to the country on the 21st of July meaning their 90 day report is due When Robert said, the 18th of October.

you can file online from the 4th of Oct until the 11th :)

the real questions are

have you done at least one 90 day report in person or by mail to get into the data base?

are you trying to use the system from 15 days before down until 7 days BEFORE your due date?

do you get the error message or does it just not go past page one

If those answers are yes, then definitely try to leave out the flight number and see if it will click over to page two.

If you keep getting the error message you can't use the online system.

If you've left the country the due date is from when you last entered, not what's written on your previous 90 day report.

if you returned 21 July, that is day 1 from there you have to count 90 days, with a quick count it will be 18 October 2019.

- I filed my last 90 day report online without a hitch. The expiry for the newest report is September 1st. I did fly out once and returned on July 21. Does this invalidate my current 90 day report for September 1st?
Robert *******
you did fly overseas, the day of your return is than day nr 1 and from there you count 90 days. On the other hand if you Extension of Stay ends 1 Sep, this is in 10 days, you need to take some action for a new stay, if you like to stay inside Thailand.

I did fly overseas for a couple of weeks, so the details on my travel information have changed. My TM6 card, arrival date etc. Could that be the reason?
