yes. Even if you live at the same residence. Whatever condo, resort, or hotel that is hosting you files one automatically.

I was unaware that I needed to inform my condo owner that I had left for two days to activate my visa so that they could file a new TM30.

That’s what got me in the situation. So in the system I’m guessing my TM30 was about 85 days overdue, even though I had an agent file one for July to fix a typo in my name.

Not my country. Not my rules. But honestly, it’s pretty ignorant. I’m renting a condo for a year lol

@Na ****
so I had a TM30 when I rented my condo under a 1yr lease. I then left the country while still renting to activate my DTV.

Didn’t know that I needed a new TM30 filed when I was out of the country for only two days and still living at the same residence.

Had a new TM30 filed to fix a typo in preparation for my first (and last—let’s be real 😂) 90 day report

So in the system the TM30 had been about 85 days overdue

DTV_Begpacker I probably won’t be on another border run until the foolishness with Cambodia ends. I’m more than happy to fly to Vietnam

Apparently Chonburi also has the highest document requirements as well.
