the western union screen shot shows introductory rate.

No worries if you are satisfied, all good.

that is a one time introductory rate. The normal WU exchange rate is 36.37 but they are using a one time intro rate of 36.96. Without the intro rate, the amount received would be THB 72,740. Up to you.

but my question is how competitive is the exchange rate ? When I used WU before, the fees were low but the exchange rate was 3 to 5 % lower resulting in a substantial loss in received funds
