It can not be local police or sheriff, can be state bureau if Investigation.. in NC we had to fill out a form and send with our Fingerprints And mail it to them.. find a Fingerprint site and you can usually get an appointment right away With Them.. ours cost $37. For Fingerprints and $18.00 for SBI report..

RT stands for Rapid Test, the PCR is the coivid test, on the Embassy's application for in the USA it specifically says RT-PCR also when coming out of airport in Bangkok that is the test they are looking for.. Just did this a week ago... They did accept ours from the US it was a LUMIRADX SARS-COV-2 AG TEST.. We had had Another the week before a RdRp gene NAA+ probe Ql (Resp) and after looking them up online when we were going through screening they let us go saying that they were basically the same test...

You have to take a rapid test Thailand wants the rt-pcr and they will actually look for that name and you get the results back within 30 minutes of those

That is the only type of test you can have. It has to be a rapid test...
