If you apply for an elite visa it can be a problem. They can reject you even for one day. They stating that if you have overstay, don’t apply for the elite visa.

 Just do border bounce from Bangkok to Cambodia and back with a visa agency service. 12 hours. 3500 baht. You get 30 days and can extend another 30 days for 1900 baht.
