You can get a 60 day multi entry visa from the Thai embassy, valid for 6 months. It's applied for online, also you won't be refused entry as you have the correct visa. Or you can apply for a single entry tourist visa if you don't plan on leaving. Just do that every time you need to come here. Better to be refused a visa than to be refused entry after the long flight to thailand. Refusal at immigration means you pay for your return flight there and then or you're stuck in detention till you can board your return flight. Cost and visa types below.

So i was fined in 2021 illegally ? Can i submit a claim for fraud by the immigration office ? Ive done it every time ive returned and i generally leave 3 times a year. More recently they clip a thai immigration card on my tm47 saying when i need to do my next 90 days and thats been accepted as me reporting back into immigration. Its not been the same in several years!

I dont need someone pointing me to the officail directive as it really doesnt matter, Thai to English conversion always produces differences. And ultimately you live in Thailand long enough you learn that the interpretation changes daily. I can only speak from experience on how ive been dealt with. And i bet others doing the same as me going to the same immigration office have a different experience.

fallen for this and was charged 2k for not doing it a good few years ago. Have a google in AI mode - do I need to redo my tm30 after I return to Thailand to the same property, it will say technically yes. And show the fines. And it's got to be within 24 hours. Again google will show you. It doesn't mean it's enforced at every immigration agency in Thailand as they all read the rules and apply them differently ! Trust me I speak from experience not guesswork!!
