Not read the comments but first one is in person after that it's online and quite easy. Response and new 90 days in 24 hours. If you get denied and told to report in person and it's not your first check the details you likely messed up. And no you don't need anything like you asked.

Single is 800k married is 400k. If you're doing it yourself you need 12 months statements with that money showing for 4 months prior to the time of the visa. People will tell you many different things and I'm sure every immigration office and every officer will say different. I've heard them all, that's the safeguard figures. If you're using an agent and have the money, they can ask for 1-3 months and charge different amounts for the different months. If the agent does it all inc the money it's a 10 min in and out thing.

Depends on the bank. If I send to Bangkok bank it's 1-3 days depending on how much I send, with krungsri it's instant always.

Thats usually all part of your rental contract, check your contract, you will see that document attached as a copy.

Not sure thats true, immigration want that money in your bank 4 months before your visa is due if you do your visa yourself. If you use an agent 10 mins is ok.
