it was anOpinion to hopefully help someone and you become a sad Troll who has nothing better to do. Why do you ask these questions, are you genuinely interested or are you just trying to find away to socially bully people. Go and experience it for yourself and answer your own questions.
is it exactly six or would you like more. Perhaps a little research on your own may help identify the differences. As I said I only offer an opinion not a solution
You can see by the other responses to my answer that people are so disrespectful to the women and culture of Thailand. Some even suggest that women don’t have any intelligence.
I must be the 1% then. I met my girlfriend who works for the government and has a masters degree on a dating app. Her family are self sufficient. She doesn’t need my money and we have not really spoken about marriage in the year that we have been dating. I’m making arrangements to move over to Thailand on a semi- permanent retirement visa and feel under no pressure or obligation. Cynics will say that it will start when I move over there. What she does ask of me to is to be honest with her and to be respectful of her cultures. I’ve travelled 4 times to Thailand to be with her and we have a fantastic relationship. Not all Thai ladies are the same and don’t be drawn into the stereotypes that maybe presented on here. Good luck and be open minded. Remember Thai culture is so different to Western culture, so throw away those western ideas if you want to succeed in Thailand. Only advice remember.
I’ve been staying in Maha Sarakham with my girlfriend, so quite happy with the lifestyle outside of the big cities. Just trying to weigh up the best options for residency.
Thank you so much for the information. I’m not sure where I’m living yet as my girlfriend is a supply teacher and will be told her area next week. Maybe Rayong. My friend has said that he has heard that immigration is stamping 60 days visa exempt already but he said that is purely gossip and he hasn’t had any evidence yet
