Can anyone give advice on the DTV visa, when applying for culinary courses. Does have to be with an approved school or college? Does the course have to be for a certain length of time? Sorry I’m applying at The Thai Embassy London

Check Bangkok Cooking Academy they have DTV approved courses. Check with the embassy in London, the minimum term needed for for approval. They are fairly responsive to emails.

I have had a response from the London Embassy and the course need to be a minimum of one month. It does not need to be an approved course but the person/business has to countersign the letter to confirm the course. I hope the information helps

That's all up to the embassy. Each embassy sets their own requirements. So what courses are approved, how long they have to be, etc is all an embassy decision and cannot be answered with just a simple answer that applies to everyone.
