Depends how long you’re stopping for.

If you don’t have a full UK motorcycle license then you will have to sit the Thai exams.

So it depends if the time and cost are worth it for you.

U.K. visas are handled by VFS global

Check their website, it will tell you what you need to submit.

I think you can pay for them to check documents etc.

No point using an agent, as they can only do the same.

If you don’t want to fulfil the requirements then I suggest you find a different country to spend your time in.

Logged in a few times, as I have plenty of time to do it, so doing 1 section a day.

Chris Fitzgibbon well you won’t be able to work in Thailand at all, unless you are working for a company in Thailand and have a skill not readily available in the kingdom.

Just because you have a Thai tax ID doesn’t mean you are liable for any payment.

And yes HMRC will know you are not living in the U.K. because it will be on the system that you have left and not returned.
