I have a blue stamp and was refused an ed visa. I don't think you will get a visa anywhere. I may be wrong, a new passport is the way forward I think. Good luck
Heres what I needed about 7 months ago to cancel everything. Its in Thai its what I was given at immigration. It was a Non B but not a teaching visa. My boss had to get documents from the labour office and tax office. It had all changed. Hope it helps.
Above is good advice, however Id advise you to get the visa paperwork rolling asap, the less stamps in you passport it seems the better these days. But saving one border crossing is a good idea. Im glad I did that.
