okay, you seem to know a lot. My wife tabien baan is in Sisaket. She rents already for 10 years in Bangkok (work) . She is the one who signed the rental contract last year. ( the new condo where we live together). If I understand correctly:

1 : my wife should be registered in the tabien baan (blue) from the landlord. Correct?

2 : I can also ask for a tabien baan for myself in amphur even when not renting myself. (yellow). Correct?

agreed, but there are new rules and I feel immigration is getting tougher on them. Better safe than sorry… imagine what will happen when they increase the financial requirements some day to 30% plus…. I’m getting prepared 😉

left home 7:00. Due to no taxi available missed 8:00 bus. Got 10:00 bus and arrived at immigration 12:50. Queued until 16:20 and got my passports handed over. Had to come back next day 13:00. All sorted. No questions asked about tm30. Only lost 2 days and 2000baht
