They don't say it, but all applicants that are approved have a cover letter explaning everything, and then provide evidence. If you are the sole proprietor, you can even write a letter, as the owner of this business, I swear that all activities are done online with no income or customers coming from Thailand whatsoever, and get an affidavit or a barrister to stamp it.
You can try writing a letter, explaining exactly what you do, examples of clients, and how you are paid, and what your plans are. Add any evidence you have to support your explanation. More evidence of residence can be a photo of you dated in the UK, bank statement.
Something official with your company name on is helpful. If you don't have a tax form than maybe an invoice, certificate, etc.
I did Ottawa online for my online work. I have plenty of clients all in Canada so it was easy to show letters from them and payments for the last 6 months coming in from only Canadian sources. It took about a week to be approved. I recommend you get a few months in with regular clients. It doesn't have to be too much income, but has to be clear that you are doing what you say you do. Best of luck.
soft power isn't going to work for a 70 year old and it is becoming less and less reliable. They also mentioned nothing about coming to learn courses or interests, just hoping rental income would do it.
Nope. Your husband can get a retirement visa. You will have to get a tourist visa 2 months with 1 month extension while in country for total of three months, then leave to a bordering country for a day or two, then return and on another two months. You can do that each year for a total of 5-6 months in the country per year.
Anonymous participant 957 Not sure if you are familiar with this DTV visa, but most of us apply for it as people working remotely from Thailand and that is why they grant it.
