I did not say anything about owning land through a company. There is a difference between economic ownership and legal ownership.

That’s just a matter of defining ‘own’. You can obviously ‘own’ a property in Thailand economically.

I have properties in Southern France and Thailand 😀.

The Phuket property market is already oversaturated. There are currently 6,900 (!) new villa units across 219 projects available for sale or under construction.
