You get 90 days stamped if you really applied and got a 90 days visa. You talking about 60 days stamp makes me think you applied for a 60 days tourist visa and you already include a possible exrtension to it which is not a actual visa.

There is no way of knowing what and when it will change. If you need more sevurity then apply for a tourist visa.

Get a non o visa outside Thailand. Get the 90 days Non O stamped in at arrival and then go to a bank.

5 to 10 minutes? For me its mostly 5 to 10 seconds. Transfer to Krungsri. Bangkok bank always takes longer for me.
