They can always suspect you borrow tha money and give you trouble requesting more documents etc . YOU ONLY HAVE ONE SHOT . Hope this helps🙏

Anonymous participant than is the financials my friend . This is what i thing was wrong at the end. Did you make any recent deposits to complete the 500k ammount. Was the money there flowing 3-6 months. They just not care about the last balance they want to see continous movement. Without looking at yout bank statements i could not figure this out. But you seem to do everything right . The recommendation letters are needed but if your financials are strong i dont think they would have rejected you 🙏

BeachDude BROHER PLEASE Conjecture 🤣 i really got a kick out of this one PLEASE save this post . I will actually save it myself as a matter of fact. The thais will figure it out just give them time they always do. The reason why this madness is still on is because the visa is ralative new and it has not affected them financially yet. Once they see the numbers of the proviledge,investment even marriage visas decline im sure someone will come up with some kind of verification for the soft route options. There is where most of the abuse has been done. Attaching a guy that got the visa recently he can potencially stay in thailand for 5 years yet he only sign up for one month worth of classes. Maybe this is sustainable in your world but NOT HERE NOT IN THAILAND WHERE THEY REALLY LOOK AT THIS THINGS CLOSELY. I dont see the visa staying around at least not in its current form Good luck 🙏

you could register for a cooking class or a gym class for a month while you are getting your visa and once your visa is obtained than decide to just stop going to school and overstay “ out of status” as per the conditions in which you got the visa. This is what i mean by fraud as there is no verification system as of yet to check if you remain “ in status” as per your visa terms. This im sure will change in the coming months to maintain the integrity of the system 🙏

funds must me liquid to satisfy the financial requirement of 500k thai at most embassies . I dont know about dubai thought but i will tell them as the other gentlemen did about how your financials fit into what they are looking for. In my case i did a letter of recomendation to the embassy as well as highlited the payment my business did to my personal account. All they want is to verify you can sustain yourself in thailand. Dont forget to add the verbatim provision that you wont seek local employment and that your money comes from outside thailand. This is what they are really looking for at the adjudication stage. Your application went from pending document check to pending approval correct ?

Anonymous participant this visa does not allow local employment . It is really important that your company first allows you to work in thailand. YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY LOCAL CLIENTS . You will also not seek local employment. Make the letter professional . A company is expected to have a seal they really care about this things in asia .
