Depends on your bank how long they take to issue them. My bank took 3 days to issue a deposit certificate. I applied a week later.

The embassy wants to see activity over 3-6 months within a personal bank account with a closing balance of 500K. Owning a bike and car can help show your ties to Thailand but it will not help to overlook your failure to comply with the financials. Where are you applying?
