if you fly direct to London, normally you have to follow the destination country rules. So to fly to the UK you won't need anything. ATK at most

Why would they? At these stage everyone is opening their borders. Even Myanmar has. No need for it anymore.

day 5 is now just an atk test done by the person themselves and uploaded to Morchana, ain't no money to be made there though.

You still need to do the PCR test upon arrival. It's only the predeparture one which has been dropped

you are right, it seems weird but I think it's because all the docs are checked physically. The IO you submit everything to hands the pile of paper down the line to be checked until it gets to the final person
