Thailand pass is a Covid prevention program, not a visa. It has nothing to do with Visas

With all due respect, if you are on your 5th covid extension you should have filed a TM30 a very long time ago and been doing 90 day reports etc.

When you entered Thailand, you didn't come in using a tourist Visa. You entered on an exempion giving you 30 days. The stamp in your passport is the only thing that matters.

The fact your visa was approved after entering doesn't matter, you did not enter Thailand using it. You are on an overstay.

As Robert said above, you should leave, pay the fine and try re-entering using the Visa.

Ok just because you got in doesn't mean everyone will. A lot of people have been rejected, it's a valid point to make.

You can apply for the 60 Day visiting family extension (I believe that's what it was). You can then apply for the Non O after this one.

that only applies to condo units. You cannot own land period.

You can buy a condo but not a house on land
