Did you receive your visa yet? You’ll need it to obtain your COE (unless you are going to arrive visa exempt)

If you own the place you should be able to file your TM30 online. you just need to register to be able to do it online

Actually you’ll have to do a 30 day extension first, as you’re entitled to that (if in Bangkok. I’m not sure about other provinces). After that you could apply for the 60 day unable to travel due to COVID. Currently you have until the end of March to apply for that extension.

So you should go get your 30 day extension first then near the end of March go back and try for a COVID extension.

at this point the covid extension (cannot travel due to covid) is set to expire at the end of March so if the OP is still in the USA they may not be able to get it if it’s not extended yet again.

You should be able to obtain an Ed visa. But you need to start the application process soon as you’ll need at least 30 days left on your current stamp
