it currently seems like a very rare one off,

Hundreds have commented they got their DTV visa without any issues on entry

I think it was a special case, maybe he was on a non/b remote working or some type of smart visa previously and didn’t pay any taxes?

The only report so far I’ve seen is someone had unpaid taxes trouble getting in
