have you tried inside the city of vientiane? was just there myself, only way is through a bank, and if its closed or a holiday ur screwed unless you use a taxi driver.

U have to for years have her travel around to other countries first and have her comply with visas. Then file for your home country. She's banned now. So she's screwed for UK. With showing previous visas they trust for her to go back.
