TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation revolves around experiences and recommendations for getting full mouth dental implants in Thailand. Several participants share cost estimates, indicating prices in Thailand range from 250,000 to 700,000 THB per arch for all-on-4 and all-on-6 systems. Various comments also highlight a comparison of dental costs in other countries, like Turkey and India, which tend to be cheaper. There's discussion about specific dental clinics in Thailand, as well as user experiences regarding quality and follow-up care, emphasizing the importance of choosing reliable, specialized services.

Just clarify time and un-stipulated fees, as well as potential upgrades like Zirconia, porcelain, acrylic, titanium, etc. Additionally, on top of the basic price, the extra costs for extractions, sinus lifts, bone grafts, X-rays, and so forth

I am currently going through a dental process in Chiang Mai. I chose a higher-end dentist because I don't want problems if I leave the area in a year. However, I am surprised by the cost considering I am in Thailand. It is still about 30% less than in the USA, but I expected at least 50% They are German Zirconia dental crowns, which raises the price.

I would go to a dentist.
My Dentist charges 39,000, it takes a few trips and about 6 months. 3 months for the mouth to heal after the extraction and another 3 months for the mouth to heal from the implant of the post.
I'm in the process. Extraction plus graft, 6 stitches. Wait 4 months, then implant screw. Wait 4 months then crown. Bangkok hospital Pattaya dental clinic. Implant and crown ranges 48k to 75k baht. Extraction and graft and CT scan cost 21k baht.
Important to decide which brand you want and how prevalent this brand is in other countries (if you live or move elsewhere). Some extractions require grafts, some might need a sinus lift. Are the bones viable? Do you need a second graft?
I can recommend German Dental for fillings which I did today (replacing a bad filling done in Hua Hin earlier this year).
German dental did a full panorama xray to check all my teeth at no extra charge, after my cleaning yesterday. They will give you a comprehensive price estimate for implants and bridges too. Free of charge!
Whereas I was charged 1400b for a dentist to look at my teeth at Bangkok Hospital and give me a quotation.
I have also seen in Turkey they will get information on you before you get there and have a plan in place, do the work and do follow up as soon as possible so stay is minimal and work is beautiful
amazing quality my whole family did it in turkey....and my dad did in india no problems what so ever...Thailand is getting outrageous with their medical prices these days.
