3. IN THE UK: Marriage Certificate AND the Apostille from the FCDO AND their translations verified by the Thai Embassy in London

4. IN THAILAND: All the above (ie all 4 documents & their translations, making 8 in total) Legalised by MFA in Bangkok

The 2000B fine is if you do not report by the 21-Jun i.e. outside the 15 days before and 7 days after window

He's asking what to do BEFORE 90 day reporting therefore the TM30

If they ask for a 3 month statement they will expect the required amount to be maintained for the 3 months or they would just ask for a statement with the current balance

Leaving during an under consideration period will require a re-entry permit to maintain the status

The departure date is when you leave Thailand not your origin and is not mandatory

First is 2 years probationary and then it becomes a full licence of 5 years on renewal. I got mine on a Non-O.
