 You will not easily get that now without the use of a border bounce agency and who knows how long that may last

You get either a Non-OA Visa which is a 12 month multi-entry or a Non-O Visa which is 90 days single entry.

 That is not a re-entry permit, it tell you that you need to purchase one before leaving to maintain your current Non-O Visa status and admitted to date otherwise it terminates when you exit
