 mine does - 3 month non-b for employment.

If I don’t get the re-entry permit it’s closed and I need a new visa.

I acknowledge it might be different for the longer visa.

 hmmm - don’t get the re-entry stamp when you leave… so then your current visa is closed.

 yeah your work permit is meaningless if you’re not on the correct visa.

So leave, get dtv, come back - cancel work permit.
