A lot people invest the spare cash in funds shares bonds houses bitcoin savings gold pensions etc .. not everyone has a spare 15k sat in current account think that’s what he getting at ..

been in Thailand loads times it depends on the exchange rate there not much difference in used iPhone prices uk/ Thailand . Main concern is how good is the battery when buying a used phone and is the screen original more important
