It may be a little boring but it is by far the easiest one to go to and does not require any paperwork. Why go to a more 'interesting' location where you are more likely to have problems getting the visa. I usually only go for a night or 2 and book a decent hotel with a pool. Too easy.

Yes I am very surprised by this. I though a child needed an ED visa then you can get a Guardian visa or if they are half Thai then you can get a Guardian visa because of that. But I am not going to argue with Todd ;)

You are talking about a Guardian visa but the child would need to enrolled in a school.and studying. Not much studying at 2 years old.

A lot incorrect information in this video when it was released a while back. No one in reality registers a guest with immigration when they stay overnight and the email address given is invalid. Also yes if you are a long term resident or owner then you are the housemaster but legally when renting, the Landlord must register the TM30. Very confusing the whole.TM30 deal.
