I just moved homes. What paperwork do I need to bring to get a new TM 30? I am staying in THL on a year long extension from a non-o visa.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a new TM30 after moving homes in Thailand, you need to submit a new TM30 form along with a copy of your ID and the housebook of your landlord. If you're handling the paperwork yourself, and the landlord isn't assisting, a stamped Power of Attorney may be required in some locations, such as Phuket. It's crucial to check the specific immigration office you will visit, as each may have different requirements.

Power of Attorney is only asked in Phuket if you do it by yourself without the landlord.

I did it this morning in phuket town. If your landlord is not doing it for you, you must now also have a stamped power of attorney from them. Yes really!! Fortunately my landlady is lovely and works in phuket town... but for most people a real hassle
