According to a document I have from Jomtien Immigration if you are applying for two it can be in a joint account with TB 1,600, 000 in and as long as all the details and the rest of the Instructions are carried out it should be okay? However this applies in Jomtien and I have no idea how other office handle it.

If the Immigration Office you will be using is Jomtien it says the following in document I have from them. "Account Name/Number. Pages, etc Share account cannot be submitted for multiple applicants, unless the account saved is corresponded (e.g. 1,600,00 bhat for 2 applicants)

Get a Non-IMM O on line. The Consulate in Van is very good and they are very helpful. Once you get there you can easily get it extended for 1 year. I am in Pattaya and the Immigration in Jomtien have very specific Instructions on what is needed to extend and how to do it. I have no idea how other Immigration offices operate though.

Is it a Tourist Visa that you have? If so you could extend it for 30 days at an Immigration office near you. Depends on where you are?

Totally agree with you. To Insure Promptitude. I will not eat anywhere there is a service charge and when I do tip it because the service has been above and beyond. I have tipped twice in the last 3 years and that was for dining for my Daughter's 20th and 21st B/days and that went in the servers hand.

For 3 months and I am 77. I will be taking my Daughter back to Canada next month and I will use them for her Insurance coverage. Your ages may be a problem though? As for the Driver , He will probably be an employee of the Hotel and be driving a hotel vehicle. Maybe THB 50 and the same for the Bellhop who delivers your luggage to the room.

Surely those same Biometrics will appear on her US passport too? Her US passport is valid so I see no problem for her At BKK Immigration. I used UK and Canadian passports all the time with no problem and my youngest Daughter uses her Thai and Canadian Passports too.

Answer in less than 20 seconds you can get a visa on arrival. The real question is should you even be travelling unaccompanied if you can't find something that simple out by yourself?
