Had similar Fromm Kancnaburi. Sprayed inside of car with killer and left overnight. Then leave in sunlight for a couple of days. They all went. Good luck.

We have a guy going on 27th so should get a fairly definitive answer then.

The bank wants the money it is owed back plus a small profit. Some properties are over mortgaged so will never sell. Others have a title or access issue. One I was interested in was listed as 3 rai but the deeds only covered 1 rai and 2 in dispute. There are bargains to be had but you do need a good Thai property lawyer and preferably one away from the district involved as there can be a conflict of interest!

Nong Khai (Friendship bridge,) is closed to Foreigners only Thai/Lao can use. Comnercial vehicles can use bringing goods. Only way for falang is to fly in.

if you are on tourist visa then yes you can BUT not all police will accept. They will ask for 400 baht but offer them 200 and wave no at a receipt.

You can get anything in Thailand but it might not be of the same quality even though its in the same packaging.
