Why is Jomtien/Pattaya Immigration closed from November 5-10, and what alternatives are available for processing?

I do wish they would make things easier for people, I went in March and it was over crowded as normal. Why don't they do the registration of property at a different office? You would reduce the overcrowding by 50% they also need to enable more to be done online.

I saw another post saying you cannot extend visa exempt? So much conflicting advise. If you wish to stay more than 30 days then I would advise you to get a tr visa

For the last 6 years I have entered on a tr visa and stayed for 4 or 5 months, never had a problem only once did the check in question me so just told him I can extend my visa and take a trip to cambodia(pre covid)
