No quarantine but you need PCR test to transit in UAE (95% sure).

The quarantine for Thai is FREE of cost, so this is a good thing. Thai need a visa to go UAE according to Google, how do Thai get one?

Four French tourists on a private jet got quarantine and then flew to Cambodia, they are trolling, lol.

I'm not hoping, if a miracle happens it's fine but I'm not counting on it.

Fun fact, I'm still under consideration since the end of March. I was stuck in Khon Kaen but had to go CM to complete the process, I never went back. Got told no need over the phone by many officers there. But apparently, they give 100 baht penalty per day if you go back so another reason to not go back and just head out before September 26. I went to CM end of march because my stupid Canadian consulate forced me to fly there to get their letter that I've been asked them for over a month. They are doing the same thing now... no letter, I bet they will change their mind last minute like last time but I'm not doing it again, it's pure BS. I'm out with Thai GF. No idea when we are coming back to Thailand. Probably early 2021 if they don't BS me with insane quarantine prices (free for Thai at least). At this point, I just want to clear my mind from Thailand for a few months.

Yeah but what's the point of telling people that they can come before if they tell people to come back in two weeks or if the under consideration end around that date too? Everyone will be there on 24-25, it's gonna be a mess.
