Does a Thai citizen need to quarantine upon returning from the UAE to Thailand?
If a Thai citizen travels to UAE does he/she needs to go under quarantine on returning back to Thailand?

The quarantine for Thai is FREE of cost, so this is a good thing. Thai need a visa to go UAE according to Google, how do Thai get one?

I think you need to get it from UAE. Depending on the purpose of visit the resident of UAE will arrange for you.
