It depends what you are paying for. Some agents makes it more "easy" for you to get the driving license. For example you maybe don't have to do the exams with the question. So ask exactly what you get for this money and then it's up to you to ask yourself if it's worth it or not. I spent 5 times with the test/questions. Took me 5 days of my valuable time.

understand but you can not deport some if they don't have a citizenship. And if so maybe the case you say the Thai embassy will correct it before he gets deported

their is many benefits to use cash. I come from a cash less society and know what kind of problems it create.

That's why both options should be available and that's why I wanted to know why it was so important to be without cash.
