thai cards are a bit different what we are use to but yes your cards works fine it it's a credit card not atm as the Thai banks give to you.

They accept cash, credit cards (not atm/debit) and some more like true wallet or what it's called.

no qr or promptpay.

most cards in Thailand are only atm/debit cards which they not accept. So it's actually not that easy :)

It depends what you are paying for. Some agents makes it more "easy" for you to get the driving license. For example you maybe don't have to do the exams with the question. So ask exactly what you get for this money and then it's up to you to ask yourself if it's worth it or not. I spent 5 times with the test/questions. Took me 5 days of my valuable time.
