Anonymous participant - check that embassy’s website to see what they say. For example the embassy in Warsaw says you have to be a resident of Poland or Ukraine. If you went ahead and applied vie evisa, they would reach out and ask for proof of residency. If you didn’t have it, you would then be rejected and lose your money
Anonymous participant - did you check to see if that embasy accepts tourist/travelers? Some of the embassies in Europe only take applications from residents.
Your employer needs to state you have approval to work remotely. Some embassies seem to also want it to say that you have permission to work remotely in Thailand.
Josh CG - From what I have seen from other posts, the Muay Thai gym needs to be registered with the Ministry of Education as a training center. Not sure what other visas required enrollment as part of the formal requirements.
May I ask, have you been to Thailand before? Also, if you are looking to invest large sums of money into a business, importing stuff like cars and furniture, why not contact a law firm and get actual legal advice from someone who studies Thai law and not an expat page?
