90 day reporting has nothing to do with the DTV, so why would that consulate tell you? It is required of all non-residents (a few exceptions exist).

No, I have entered 4 times. Each time I received a new six month stamp. My first stamp had an end date in January but my current one goes to April.

With many visas for western counties, it comes down to proof that the individual will return to their home country. If you say he/she doesn’t want to go to their court case, that is a red flag that they might be less

there have been multiple people on here who were a little too willing to share that they did cheat though. I think what some have done is used the country where they come from(nationality). No one will ask for entry stamp nor hotel. Many people still have ties to their homes. I am too chicken to ever break any rules 🤪

FYI, your sons would need to apply separately, if 20 or older. They wouldn’t fall under you as a family member.
