Dave Sutton. It's 1.2 million in your home country bank account. It doesn't have to be transferred to Thailand

Agree with these guys above. I only did a trial but I was impressed with Duke. I will return once proper classroom lessons resume with no more chance of interruption. I hate online learning. I want the real thing. I'm on retirement visa so I don't have to fart around getting an ED visa

Stephan Studtmann. So you're on an OA extension of stay? An agent cannot change it, you have to leave the country, but there's no real benefit.

Patrick Sweeney. Then the answer is no, you cannot change from OA to O, without leaving the country and allowing the OA to expire, and re-entering either on a non-O obtained overseas, or on a tourist visa or visa exempt and obtaining the O in-country
