Cambodia has some potential. Tourist, business or retirement visas on arrival, just fill the required form in. Infrastructure like roads hospital, medical electricity 3rd world and watch those taxes.

No. By rights you should never lose sight of ur passport. Tell that to the Thai embassy Canberra, where everything is by mail from WA for visas.
