Try online on first availeble date you can.. 15 days before and see. I know have to do first report if been outside Thailand but you only move inside Thailand. So I would try first but be prepared to do in person if cant

direct to his Thai account.. You can also use true wallet and get money transfered there. If you can transfere from foreign cc or bank I don't know.. Or just do through someone holding a Thai bank account

Eduardo GD that he can do online by registering an account on the tm30 online website and then registered property if he is owner and have the relevant documents as owner.

But maybe there I a reason why he won't do it.

Just tell him if he not do or help with tm30 you need go imigration and explaine that you need help getting this done.

Busticket nong khai to Laos is enough. Be prepared before go airport get expensive when you have 15 min atvairport to show your onward ticket

if you legally married in Thailand she can claim inheritance according to be a wife even if not register in Australia . And if your son know you married and not tell the whole will can be contests. And lying to court is not the best way to protect your asset
